  • How well does the prospective REALTOR® know the market? If you are looking to purchase a high–end, million dollar home, you need a REALTOR® who knows in that market. The same works in reverse. Do they know the area? A REALTOR® who understands your precise market and the neighbourhood will be better equipped to answer your questions and find you the right home.
  • Do you feel comfortable with the REALTOR®? Your personal feelings upon meeting a REALTOR® should play a large part in whether you decide to use them. Your REALTOR® is someone that you need to trust to look after your best interests and who will work their hardest to get you the best price on your purchase. You must trust them to be YOUR advocate 100%.
