- I will show you the homes of interest and discuss with you whether homes are priced at fair market value as well as other considerations such as upcoming developments and community information that may impact your decision to place an offer.
- My in depth knowledge of the various Calgaryҳ Communities is invaluable as you look for a home to suit your lifestyle. A resident of Calgary for over 20 years, I have the inside scoop on local schools, improvements and resell value in the future.
- Discuss with you the other costs that may be incurred when purchasing a home such as:

- When you do place an offer, I work on your behalf to negotiate the best possible price, terms and conditions and discuss with you responses to counter offers. Once the offer is finalized I will guide and advise you on the process for getting the conditions in the offer satisfied.
- During the closing process I will keep you informed of the progress as I work to ensure everything is completed on time.
